disciplines that accompany yoga, then this class is for you. Fitness Yoga
is a demystified, contemporary approach to yoga for people who are looking
for a simple, non-threatening introduction to this ancient health
practice.
What
is Fitness Yoga? Regular Fitness Yoga workouts will give you increased muscle tone, increased flexibility, and better overall health and fitness, which will lead to a lower risk of injury and chronic pain. Each class will be taught with modifications for different flexibility and fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. |
